Accounting & Tax

Bookkeeping

Involves the recording, on a regular basis, of a company’s financial transactions through designing a proper chart of accounts considering the activity of the entity. Monthly SOAs

Account Statement is a periodic report that provides a summary of account activity within a defined period – usually a month, quarter, year, or other custom periods. Examples of account statements may include: credit card statements, brokerage account statements, and checking account statements.
Account Statements provide important information such as: list of services provided to the client, fees charged for the service/s provided, funds of the company, and any prepayments to the account.

Quarterly VAT Return (Preparation & Submission)

The service of preparing and submitting a tax return includes examining documents for output and input transactions subject to value-added tax, verifying their compliance with the executive regulations for value-added tax, and then preparing and submitting the declaration to Zakat , Tax and Customs Authority, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the authorized person in the company.

Quarterly un-audited financial statements (in-house)

When recording, classifying, and analyzing business transactions, your ultimate goal is to produce accurate and detailed financial statements. It is important to prepare the income statement, balance sheet, statement of owner’s equity and statement of cash flows at the end of the accounting period. These financial reports provide vital information about your business. Unaudited financial statements are not subjected to an independent verification and review process. Your financial statements remain unaudited until they are scrutinized and approved by a certified external auditor.

Quarterly reporting

Quarterly reports include key accounting and financial data for a company, including gross revenue, net profit, operational expenses, and cash flow. Quarterly reports are usually accompanied by presentations where key performance indicator data are presented to investors and analysts.

Responding to ZATCA inspections (Additional financial information requirements)

The company may enter into a state of examination by Zakat , Tax and Customs Authority, and based on the requests received from ZATCA, these requirements are met by examining and auditing transactions, preparing a response letter to the letter of requirements received from the authority, and following up the examination status until its closure.
